Introduction
^^^^^^^^^^^^
Grand Theft Auto (GTA) is the superb run-em-over-up, published by BMG,
developed by DMA. GTAed2 is a Gain Software project which allows the
player to edit the mission.ini file of GTA.

Note: This is not the full or final version of GTAed2 just a public 
Beta, so it is suggested that the user knows at least about the basic 
structure of the file. In the future this should not be neccesary as 
editing and creating becomes easier.

GTAed2 is shareware. For more information on the shareware concept and 
how to register GTAed2, see the file register.txt which is included in 
this zip.

Requirements
^^^^^^^^^^^^
An installed version of Grand Theft Auto. GTAed2 will also work with 
any GTA demo.

Complete rewrite of code, including:
NEW! Nice graphical interface compromising of a map to help place
objects on screen.
NEW! Each different object type is represented on the map by a 
coloured square.
NEW! Insert a Kill Frenzy with correct program code as oppossed to a
POWERUP with ammo > 99. Can also specify the code for each of the
messages displayed during and after the KF, and correct ammo values
calculated for the specified time.
NEW! Edit the level's config lines e.g. change the name of the map 
file which the level uses.

...plus hoards more which I can't be bothered to list at the moment.

Usage
^^^^^
A help file and tutorial is being made, but for this Beta you will 
have to take it step by step. It should all be pretty obvious anyway.
