I've put in some inquiries about GTA2 Dreamcast cheats but I haven't gotten any word back yet. Until then you might want to check out a site Derrick McCurry brought to my attention. He pointed me to Gamewinners.com, a site with a full listing of the Dreamcast cheats. The only problem is that the cheats are more than likely untested. Regardless you can get the full listing right here. If anyone happens to test these out I'd really like to hear which ones actually work, so please email me with what you find out and I'll post it here in the next update with credit to any contributors. I will be out of town most of next week on a pseudo vacation. I'm
helping a friend move and she just so happens to be moving near Chicago
so I'll probably be checking into jobs and apartments all next week while
helping her move. I may be back by Thursday or Friday next week

Teknics wrote in soon after I posted yesterday's update in regards to GTA 24/7. Apparently the webmaster over there, borrowed, ahem, Teknics entire file vault including all the links and just changed the font and the color. To say the least Teknics was pretty offended by this and asked that I remove yesterday's link. As you can see its no longer there. I will contact that 24/7 webmaster about this and see if anything can be done. Pity, I really liked the name too...

Ok, back online for the most part anyway. For some reason G! appeared to be off-line this morning and just a few hours later it was back online. I haven't quite figured out if its the web provider or a DNS thing. Anyway I'm checking into it. The next most asked question appears to be why its taking so long to update. Well primarily because I've been out of town a lot, had numerous FTP problems, and now I've got this wonderful fever/mystery sickness that has pretty much kept me in bed until now. On with the updates. I'm going to post everything that was in my inbox so some of it may be out of date, but what the hell, I'll post it anyway.

Also, contributions are going well. I've received a playground and a gas station from Roland van Berkel, a '63 Chevrolet Corvette from Sam Swales, and some other good stuff that we can't use, because it's made for the wrong style file. Sorry guys, maybe you can sort them out, so we can use your stuff in the style003.g24 file.
If anyone else feels like making some prefabs, mail them to

That is pretty much what I said and I would have thought by the time I was typing this that the site would have been online by now... Unfortunately I'm posting this with that damn "Site Suspended" bullshit still up. Anyway, I'm currently working out a new deal that will hopefully prevent this from happening in the future because its getting rather annoying. I mainly want to use this space to apologize to Azz for the inconvenience this has caused but hopefully it won't happen again.

Illness & Exams

Azz asked that I inform everyone that he is ill again with another kidney
infection so he is not updating at the moment. In addition to that
Azz haz exams coming up in a week, this coupled with the JH4C's phone
troubles means that "car updates could be a long time coming and any news
posts may be few and far between for awhile." In four weeks Azz
will be home for the summer and that should allow for more time to attend
to GTAzz assuming
his health improves. I wish Azz the best and hope his health improves
in time for exams. Please take it easy on him until he gets some
free time to get everything in order.

Updates

The site will not be updated again until Monday or Tuesday of next week
because I have some family business to attend to. This sort of came
up suddenly but I anticipate being back at my computer on Monday night
or Tuesday morning depending on how things go. Assuming the site
is back up by then I'll resume updates as per usual. Sorry for all
the delays and problems lately but I just graduated and I have to find
a job, an apartment, and furniture by August which means I'll probably
be spending a lot of time driving back and forth on top of all that I
have this family stuff I have to work out. Anyway, keep on sending
the updates and I'll keep posting them. Hopefully you'll be able
to read this by tomorrow afternoon at the latest. Just an FYI, if
I ever leave the GTA scene, which I currently have no plans on doing,
you'll hear it from me and not a "Site Suspended" message. Assuming
I don't die or win the lottery I'll keep doing this as long as someone's
interested in reading it. One final nugget of information... I just
received word that some new GTA information should be coming down the
pipe shortly. I'm not sure what it is in regards to because the
message was rather vague, but anything new on GTA is better than nothing
at all.
Louis WTT sent word that he has begun work on GTA Las Vegas. He currently plans to include six big casinos on the strip, two oil stations, a university, a few large parking lots, and whatever else he can come up with. I'm not positive but I think its going to be for GTA not GTA2.

TheTuckman is closing the Grand Tuckman Association, here is the announcement

More computer problems... The last install didn't hold like I had hoped
but this round seems a little more stable. I just hope it doesn't
puke when I start working toward a quad boot system. After I get
around to installing Linux, BeOS, and Win2k.
